As we slowly approach this year's NBA finals, we're seeing Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks take on the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals. Spotted on Wednesday, May 22nd, Irving was wearing a pair of his upcoming "Chief Hélà" colorway for his signature ANTA KAI 1. Releasing later this Summer, be sure to mark this release down on your calendars if you're interested in getting your hands on the sneaker.
The ANTA KAI 1 “Chief Hélà” pays homage to the Lakota name given to Irving by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe during a ceremonial naming in 2018. The upper will be constructed in a mix of mesh, nylon, and leather arriving in a full Brown design. Gold accents can be found across the sneaker including the Kyrie logo, mid-foot strap, and stitching. Finishing off the look, we'll see a simple Brown midsole sitting atop a textured rubber outsole found in Gold.
The ANTA KAI 1 “Chief Hélà” is expected to release Summer 204 via antashop.shop for a retail price of $125. To stay informed on all things ANTA Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
