Originally released in 1986, the Air Jordan 2 was nowhere near as popular as its older brother, the Air Jordan 3. Now it looks like Jordan Brand will be creating a hybrid version of the two sneakers, with the upper featuring the design of the Air Jordan 2, with the sole featuring the Air Jordan 3. This concept was first seen on foot of Gentry Humphrey, the VP of Jordan Brand, and with in-hand images now surfacing. Releasing in "White/Black," this classic and simple colorway will be an exciting new addition to the Jordan Brand lineup.
The Air Jordan 2/3 "White/Black" features a full leather upper wrapped in White, with perforations found across the fore foot. Black accents will be found on the Jordan Wings, inner lining, heel, and partially on the midsole to give the shoe some nice contrast. Finishing off the look, we'll see an aged White midsole and Grey rubber outsole to give a nice vintage touch.
The Air Jordan 2/3 "White/Black" is expected to release in Summer 2024 via the Nike SNKRS app and other select Nike retailers for a retail of $160. To stay informed on all things Jordan Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
