The adidas AE 1 is one of the more unique approaches to basketball shoes from any major sneaker brand that we've seen. At the end of 2023, we saw adidas partner up with NBA star, Anthony Edwards, and together they released his first ever signature shoe, the adidas AE 1. Since its debut back in December 2023, we've seen minimal colorways surface. Now following the release of the "Velocity Blue" colorway, this upcoming colorway is showcased in "Georgia Red Clay." The adidas AE 1 “Georgia Red Clay” features a simple color palette including Coral and Black hues. We'll see the neoprene inner bootie, and a mix of mesh/rubber on the upper. The upper will be found fully encased in the Coral hue, with Black accents found on the adidas logo on the heel and laces. The rear heel features a protruding carbon fiber piece alongside the honeycomb design across the mid-panel. The JET BOOST midsole connects with the upper, and features a rubberized outsole with an arrow designed tread for the best grip on the court, arriving in a matching Coral hue.
