The golden child of Nike collaborations is back with a black Air Jordan 5. The wizards at A Ma Maniere have been steadily conjuring up sneaker creations for the masses and have cast many successful spells. After conquering the Air Jordan 1 - 4, it's time to move on to the A Ma Maniere Air Jordan 5 “Black.” With the “Diffused-Blue” colorway already making the rounds, it's time to turn our attention to the darker model.
The Whitner Group top man, Robert Whitner, was spotted wearing the A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 5 “Black” during a visit to the Harvard Business School a few months back, but now we have some in-hand pics with more detail. All-black nubuck with translucent medial cages makes up the upper, while the spike design on the midsole uses a burgundy that we’ve seen from Whitner's designs previously. The tongue uses the same clear cage texture as the medials and is capped off in silver with one of each brand's logos on either shoe.
The A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 5 “Black” is set to drop on November 22nd with a retail price of $225. If history holds true, we can expect to see a release directly from A Ma Maniere on the 22nd and then a Nike SNKRS drop at a later date. Drop us a follow on Twitter and Instagram to keep tabs on the A Ma Maniere release.
