The New Balance 990v6 is having a moment. The Action Bronson Baklava collection drops tomorrow and features 3 colorways of the New Balance Silhouette. With the hype around the Bronson pack hitting stride, New Balance has announced a new Black and Grey colorway of the 990v6.
The shoe is mostly constructed with suede but also uses leather and mesh materials. The shoe resembles the DTLR GR3SCALE 990v3 exclusive that was released last month with blacks, greys, and whites making up the color palette. The forefoot of the shoe features a black mixed material presentation that gives way to a grey New Balance logo. Grey paneling rounds out the heel and a bevy of grey tones on the sock liner, tongue, and laces give the topside some color. A hard-lined transition from white to black is found on the midsole of the ultra-comfortable pair that is part of the brand's “Made In The U.S.A.” line.
