The team, located in Akron, Ohio, has a special connection to James, who attended the school and led the Fighting Irish to three state championships before going on to become one of the greatest basketball players of all time.
The exclusive shoe, which features the school's green and gold colors, was designed by James himself in collaboration with Nike's design team.
