Nike released the Nike Air Max 1 '86 Big Bubble in honor of Air Max Day on March 26th, 2023, since then Nike has released a variety of different colorways of the model and plan to continue their streak with the Nike Air Max 1 '86 Smokey Mauve.
This model of the Nike Air Max 1 '86 gets an updated canvas painted in a Smokey Mauve and Dark Team Red color combo. The shoe features an intricate design that utilizes a combination of materials, including mesh, nylon, and suede. Mesh fills the toe box in a cream color, while nylon is used on the tongue and ankle collars. Nike branding can be seen on the tongue labels, insoles, and embroidered on the heel. The pair is made complete with the classic big Air Max bubble featured on the cream colored sole unit and a Dark Team Red rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Max 1 '86 Smokey Mauve has yet to receive an official release date, but is expected to drop in the Summer of 2023. You'll be able to scoop a pair of these up in the coming months on Nike.com and select Nike retailers for $150.
