The late Sandy Bodecker created the iconic Nike SB line with more in mind then just creating a skateboarding shoe. Sandy Bodecker went straight to the source and engulfed herself in the culture. She tapped in with skate shops and the skating community to figure out what the people wanted, and then the Nike SB line was born.
Originally the Nike SB's were released in orange boxes making them easily distinguishable from other Nike shoes. After 2 decades Nike decided to switch it up with the introduction of the rainbow striped boxes and purple boxes. Now Nike is entering a new age with the Nike SB Quickstrike boxes. The boxes aren’t as complex, but they do feature an esthetic the world seems to be leaning towards of simplicity. A light grey Nike SB logo is seen on the top of the box sitting on a cream colored background.
The date for the introduction of use on these boxes is still in the air, but will keep you up to date as information arises. For more on the Nike SB line, and to stay up to date with the lates releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
