The Air Jordan 38 Center Star Celebrates Women's Basketball

The Air Jordan 38 Center Star Celebrates Women's Basketball

Jordan Brand takes a bold step forward in recognizing and honoring the indomitable spirit of women on the basketball court with the release of the Air Jordan 38 Center Star colorway. A vibrant burst of orange, reminiscent of the iconic WNBA logo, serves as a powerful symbol of empowerment and pays tribute to the remarkable contributions of female athletes.

The Air Jordan 38 stands as a testament to Jordan Brand's commitment to sustainability, as it is constructed using 20% recycled materials. This eco-conscious approach showcases the brand's dedication to both performance and environmental responsibility. Designed with the utmost attention to detail, the Air Jordan 38 incorporates innovative elements to enhance the wearer's performance. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Air Jordan 8, the new X-Plate technology provides a low-profile, stable, and agile feel on the court. This unique feature ensures that athletes remain grounded and in control of their movements.

The upper of the Air Jordan 38 showcases intricate engineered embroidery. When it comes to comfort and responsiveness, the Air Jordan 38 leaves no stone unturned. The integration of a full-length Cushlon 3.0 wedge and a full-length Zoom strobel ensures maximum cushioning and a responsive ride. The Zoom strobel acts as a launching plate, providing explosive energy return and facilitating multidirectional movements. To complete the design, the herringbone traction pattern on the outsole works in perfect harmony with the X-Plate, delivering exceptional grip and maneuverability. Quick cuts, sudden bursts of speed, and pivots become seamless movements on the court.

The Air Jordan 38 WMNS Center Star is expected to hit retailers on September 25th, 2023. The pair will retail or $200 and be made available on Nike.com and select Jordan brand retailers, exclusively in WMNS sizing.
