The Air Jordan 17 was first released in 2002, offering a brand-new look featuring a somewhat unique design that was a hit or miss to fans. The "White/Varsity Red" colorway, which debuted in July 2002, will return in 2024, bringing back the USA-themed sneaker to the public. The Air Jordan 17 OG "White/Varsity Red" features a smooth white leather upper, including the entirety of the upper. The iconic removable mid-foot strap covers the laces in white/red. The midsole will be found in what appears to be a textured red, with a blue accent strip above. The rubber outsole will be finished in white and a carbon fiber sheath underneath.
