UK sneaker retailer and frequent sneaker design collaborator, Size?, will drop their own Air Max 1 later this year. In years past Size? It has worked with Nike to bring about its own Dunks, and already released a pair of New Balance designs earlier this year. The Size? Air Max 1 pulls inspiration from the Nike “Considered” line from the early 2000s, which was known for being environmentally conscious and careful about material selection for its designs. Air Max 1s have received a fair share of the sneaker spotlight this year after the rebirth of the "Big Bubble," and this offering will keep the lights shining in the silhouette.
The Size? x Nike Air Max 1 pulls in a number of earth tones that starts off with a dark brown corduroy mudguard. In addition to the neutral colors, the upper uses a barrage of materials with brown suede on the toebox, light-grey leather overlays, and a tongue constructed of hemp. The underfoot package comprises a cream-colored midsole and dark brown outsole, while a debossed “Nike Air” logo adorns the heel.
The Size? x Nike Air Max 1 should be dropping later this year and will be available exclusively from Size? as is the case with all their collaborations. There's sure to be more news and details coming on this collab, so keep in touch with our Twitter and Instagram for future updates.
