The PUMA MB.01 was first introduced back in December 2021 and was LaMelo Ball's first signature shoe. Despite being on the third iteration of the PUMA MB.01 with the recent introduction of the MB.03, it looks like we'll be getting a new "Golden Child" colorway for the MB.01. Arriving in a very flamboyant design, this all-gold colorway resembles LaMelo's nickname as the youngest of the three Ball brothers.
The PUMA MB.01 "Golden Child" features an upper constructed of breathable engineered mesh and other textiles on the overlays and mudguards. The upper will feature a variety of Metallic Gold hues ranging from light to dark. The mesh inner lining and laces will be found in a darker Gold, almost olive-like hue. Red accents can also be found along the tongue and mudguards, sticking true to LaMelo's designs. The rear heel features an extra shiny and eye-catching Metallic Gold design overlaying the foam midsole. Finishing off the look, you'll see a semi-transparent rubber outsole.
The PUMA MB.01 "Golden Child" is set to release on November 24th via puma.com and other select PUMA retailers for a retail of $140. To stay informed on all things PUMA Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
