Nike Updates A Classic With The Air Max 1 “Keep Rip’n Stop Slip’n 2.0” For a November ‘23 Release
The Nike Air Max 1 “Keep Rip’n Stop Slip’n” was initially released in 2008 as part of the “Greatest Hits” pack, and the brand is now rolling a new evolution. The OG pair was a classic with the safari print on the wrap-around mudguard, contrasting black and orange paneling on the upper, and the signature phrase on the heels. The 2.0 model will feature an updated look with entirely different material and color blocking.
The Nike Air Max 1 “Keep Rip’n Stop Slip’n 2.0” will feature a black felt mudguard and contrasting Vast-Grey mesh on the toe box and top collar. Pearl White leather overlays are used on the medial and heel panels, while a Cedar Red sock liner pulls the design together. The signature phrase is embroidered on the heel cap to complete the updated look of the 2008 classic.
The Nike Air Max 1 “Keep Rip’n Stop Slip’n 2.0 is slated to drop on November 28th for $160. The shoes will be released via Nike and other select retailers nationwide. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram for all the news and updates on sneaker releases.
