First released in 1996, the Nike Air More Uptempo is a classic and will be returning this year! This sneaker is recognized famously through Scottie Pippen, who wore this sneaker during the Chicago Bulls' championship season in 1995-96. Nike has modified this year's model to feature designs that more closely resemble the original 1996 design.
The Nike Air More Uptempo OG" Black/White" will feature a black/white design to pay homage to the classic shoe released in 1996. We'll see a black nubuck upper, a black rubber sole, and black "AIR" lettering. We'll see various white accents to compliment the shoe, behind the "AIR" lettering and the Nike Swoosh logos around the sneaker. This Nike Air More Uptempo OG will also come equipped with the full-length Air-sole unit to give you that extra bounce on the court.
The Nike Air More Uptempo OG "Black/White" is expected to release in the coming months via Nike.com and other select Nike retailers for a retail of $160. To stay informed on all things Jordan Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
