The Nike Kobe 10 Protro "Halo" Releases August 2026

Nike is bringing back the Kobe 10 as a Protro for Summer 2026, launching the updated silhouette in an all-white "Halo" colorway that continues the annual birthday series created in Kobe Bryant's honor. The series has run through several of his signature models, covering the Kobe 8 Protro in 2023, the Kobe 9 Protro in 2024, and the Kobe 3 Protro in 2025, with the Kobe 10 now taking its place in the lineup.

The Protro treatment goes well beyond a cosmetic refresh. Nike replaced the original Lunarlon and heel Zoom Air combination with Cushlon 3.0 foam and a full-length Zoom Strobel unit sitting directly underfoot, a change designed to deliver a quicker response and a more even feel from heel to forefoot. The engineered mesh upper has also been reworked to allow greater airflow and a more natural fit, with added room in the forefoot and reinforced zones to keep the foot locked in during hard cuts. The outsole was reshaped using current athlete movement data while preserving the traction concept from the original 2015 model, and the carbon fiber wing near the forefoot returns for lateral support. Bryant's hidden "Endure and Conquer" message remains embedded in the design as well.
