The Nike KD 4 “Aunt Pearl” Returns Holiday 2024
Beginning in 2012, the Aunt Pearl collection pays tribute to Kevin Durant's late Aunt Pearl, who battled against breast cancer. The Aunt Pearl collection is affiliated with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting all cancers affecting women. The Aunt Pearl collection is often found in pink and white and has become a staple in every Kevin Durant lineup. Arriving later this year, we'll be seeing the return of the original Nike KD 4 "Aunt Pearl" released in 2012.
The Nike KD 4 “Aunt Pearl” features a classic Aunt Pearl color palette, including Pinkfire II, Black, and Metallic Silver hues. The upper features Flywire, leather, engineered mesh, and a TPU-reinforced ripstop base, all arriving in Hot Pink. We'll see the classic midfoot strap across the top of the shoe, with the heel wrapped in a mother-of-pearl graphic. Finishing off the look, we'll see the midsole in a matching Pink with a semi-translucent Pink rubber outsole.
