Nike is expanding Ja Morant's footwear line with the Ja Twelve Time, a secondary basketball model positioned as a lower-priced complement to his main signature shoe. Morant joins a small group of Nike Basketball athletes, including LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo, who carry both a flagship signature and a more accessible option in their respective lines. The "Solar Red" colorway is the latest look for the silhouette, arriving at a $90 retail price.

The Ja Twelve Time carries a number of details tied directly to Morant. The lace stays feature different shapes on each side, and when viewed from above, they align to spell out "JA." His triangular logo repeats across the heel in a printed pattern, with a larger version of the mark placed on top of it. Fluorescent pink dominates the upper and anchors the "Solar Red" colorway, while grey and black work through the trim, midsole, and outsole to balance the brightness without pulling the design off course.
