The Nike Giannis Freak 8 "Etched in Stone" Releases Fall 2026

Giannis Antetokounmpo's Freak 8 is getting a marble-inspired treatment for Fall 2026, arriving in a white and grey "Etched in Stone" colorway that draws directly from the look of Greek marble sculpture. The build keeps things restrained across most of the shoe, letting the stone-like veining carry the visual weight rather than bold color blocking.

Most of the upper stays white, with light grey marbling worked through the material and across the molded side panels. The darker stone pattern becomes more pronounced along the midsole and heel, where the print grows heavier and adds contrast to the otherwise neutral palette. A metallic black Swoosh lands on the lateral side, while Volt green appears on the Giannis logos and through sections of the outsole. The grey lining, white laces, and textured panels keep the remaining details within the same tonal range. Underfoot, the marble theme extends into the outsole, where grey streaking runs across the traction pattern with small Volt accents breaking through and Giannis branding centered beneath the foot. A second "Etched in Stone" Freak 8 has also surfaced in a black marble treatment, giving the concept a much darker counterpart, though this white version stays truer to the classic appearance of Greek marble.
