The Nike Cortez has been a staple in the brand's catalog since the 1970s. While it doesn't garner the fanfare of some of their other silhouettes, its legacy is nothing short of legendary. Known for its versatility and easy-to-wear style, the Nike Cortex has hardly seen a color it doesn't agree with. The upcoming Nike Cortez dressed in Sail and Stadium Green is the perfect example of how simplicity can often be the best approach.
The Nike Cortez "Sail Stadium Green" blends textures and understated colors to bring a new offering to the iconic shoe. Light-bone colored suede on the heel, toe box, and eye stays set over a backdrop of textile mesh and leather that make up the sidewalls. The stadium green accents are subtly located on the heel tab and tongue and embedded in the vintage-style midsole.
