To celebrate Hangul Day, which commemorates the invention and proclamation of the Korean alphabet, Nike will be releasing a special edition Dunk Low sneaker. This Dunk Low will feature neutral colors to create an everlasting and timeless design. The Nike Dunk Low "Hangul Day" will feature a greyish suede base layer and leather overlays. White accents are found on the tongue tabs, inner lining, and Nike Swoosh. To compliment the colors, you'll also find sail-tined laces. With a closer look at the shoe, you'll find the term "naiki", or the Korean term for "Nike" found on the heel tab of the sneaker. You'll also find a Hangul Day-inspired lace tag and special insoles. The rubber midsole and outsole will be found in an earthy brown to finish off the look.
The Nike Dunk Low "Hangul Day" is set to release this October via Nike SNKRS App and other select Nike retailers for a retail of $120. To stay informed on all things Nike Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
