Devin Booker is tapping into familiar territory with the Nike Book 2 "Haven and Hector," a colorway that expands on one of the earliest and most personal themes tied to his signature line. The original pet-inspired Book 2 built a following around its connection to Booker's Cane Corso, Haven, and this new edition brings a second dog into the story. Hector, Booker's newer companion, joins Haven to give the pair a fuller family narrative that fans of the first version will recognize immediately.
The upper returns to the fuzzy black construction that defined the original pet-inspired colorway, keeping the tactile quality that helped it stand out on shelves. Orange accents land on the Swoosh, adding contrast against the dark base without pulling the palette in a new direction. A Gothic-style Detroit detail on the outer tongue gives the shoe a sense of place, while images of both Haven and Hector appear on the inner side of the upper, working those personal touches into the design without overwhelming it.
The Nike Book 2 "Haven and Hector" is set to release on May 28th, 2026 through Nike and select Nike Basketball retailers for a retail price of $150. To stay informed on all things Nike and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
