Devin Booker's hometown connection runs deep in the Nike Book 2 line, and the "Detroit Lions" colorway might be the most direct tribute yet. Following earlier Detroit-inspired pairs tied to Booker, including Chevy-themed, "Iron Fist," and "Tigers" editions, Nike Basketball this time draws directly from the city's NFL franchise for color and branding inspiration.

Honolulu Blue covers the majority of the upper, closely mirroring the Lions' official uniform palette without leaning into overt team-gear territory. Metallic silver and grey details work across the upper panels, tongue, and heel, adding a premium finish that keeps the build from reading as a straight jersey colorway. Lions branding is woven into the design as well, pushing this beyond a simple color reference. Booker previously wore a Detroit Lions-inspired Book 1 PE on court, but that pair never made it to public retail. Inside, the insoles feature a map of Detroit, continuing a recurring theme Nike has used across other Book 2 releases connected to Booker's roots in the city.
