To celebrate the 20-year anniversary of LeBron James' first signature shoe, Nike's Basketball team has decided to re-release the pair in a cement grey colorway. The Nike Air Zoom Generation Cemented In History pays homage to LeBron's accolade of becoming the NBA's all-time leading scorer.
This model of the Nike Air Zoom Generation features a bleek combination of Dark Grey, Wolf Grey, and Anthracite hues. The upper is constructed from a blend of premium materials, including suede, nubuck, and mesh, all of which are finished in a Greyscale colorway. Anthracite accents are present on the heel, eye stays, tongue, and heels, adding depth and contrast to the sneaker's overall appearance. The Nike Swooshes are featured on the side panels and are finished with premium suede, giving the pair a touch of class. Nike finishes off this piece of history with a smokey grey midsole unit featuring tonal Nike branding.
The Nike Air Zoom Generation Cemented In History is expected to drop on May 10th, 2023. The pair will release on Nike.com and select Nike retailers for $190. The sizing has yet to be announced, but we'll keep you updated as soon as the information becomes available.
