The Nike Air Flight Falcon "Black/Metallic Silver" and "White/Cool Grey" Return Holiday 2026

Nike is revisiting its early-2010s basketball catalog with the return of the Air Flight Falcon, a mid-cut silhouette that leaned heavily on late-'80s and early-'90s design language from the moment it debuted in 2010. Two colorways from the original run, "Black/Metallic Silver" and "White/Cool Grey," are expected to lead the comeback during Holiday 2026.

The Air Flight Falcon draws its DNA from models like the Air Flight '89 and carries details that will feel familiar to Air Jordan 4 fans. Perforated leather panels make up the upper, extended eyelet pieces wrap the ankle, and visible Air cushioning sits in the heel. Layered panels and heavier tooling give the shoe the bulky basketball profile that defined the era, while Flight branding on the tongue reinforces the throwback character. Gilbert Arenas also gave the silhouette some court time during the 2010-11 NBA season, wearing several versions of the shoe including a White/Grey/Blue pair in a February 2011 game against his former Washington Wizards teammates.

The returning "Black/Metallic Silver" colorway traces back to an original June 2010 release. Black covers nearly the entire upper, with Metallic Silver appearing on the Swoosh, hardware, and accent details throughout. The "White/Cool Grey" version flips to a white leather base, supported by grey panels and black detailing across the upper and sole, a combination well within the range of what the Falcon offered during its first run.
