The New Balance 992 "Blue Gemstone" Releases October 2026

New Balance is bringing the 992 back in October 2026 with the "Blue Gemstone" colorway, a sharp build that layers bright blue mesh against Light Arctic Grey suede and dark navy underlays for a high-contrast look rooted in the model's classic construction.

Blue Gemstone mesh covers the toe, midfoot, and collar, while Light Arctic Grey suede wraps the mudguard and the bulk of the upper. Dark navy fills the underlays and heel, and the side "N" logos are rendered in a matching dark tone with blue trim. Black laces and lining add contrast, and the tongue features blue New Balance embroidery above a 992 badge. "USA" branding is stitched into the heel for a subtle nod to the model's domestic manufacturing heritage. The lower half shifts to a mostly black midsole, with blue accents appearing at the heel and forefoot. Light Arctic Grey and blue carry through to the outsole, which is reinforced with N-Durance rubber underfoot.
