Former Big Baller Brand co-founder, Alan Foster, has reportedly sued LaMelo Ball, LaVar Ball, Tina Ball, and PUMA in a new multi-million dollar lawsuit.
The premise behind this lawsuit is that Foster has claimed to have played a key role in developing LaMelo's brand, that he came up with the "MB1" line for Melo, and that he has filed for several trademarks for it. The importance behind "MB1" is the influence on Melo's current signature sneaker with PUMA, the MB.01. Foster is claiming trademark infringement over the shoe line from PUMA.
Foster, who worked on BBB, had a falling out with the Ball family more than four years ago. This also isn't the first lawsuit Foster has filed against the Ball Family. Back in 2019, Foster filed a lawsuit against Lonzo Ball for claims in which Foster was swindled out of $1.5 million back during BBB days.
