Jordan brand is once again referencing Micheal Jordan’s path from UNC to the Chicago Bulls in a brand new Air Jordan 2 Low colorway. The Air Jordan 2 is making an incredible run in 2022 and is hoping to keep the momentum going in 2023.
There’s been an increase in collaborations and colorways for the model ever since Virgil Abloh reimagined the sneaker himself. The color palette has been seen previously on the Air Jordan 1 UNC to Chicago, both teams utilize the white color in their jerseys resulting in the base color. Red linework at the midfoot referencing the Bulls turns to UNC’s Powder Blue at the heel. Although the pair doesn’t incorporate much color, the colors are displayed in a sleek and clean fashion.
While no official images have surfaced from Nike, we do have a release date. The Air Jordan 2 Low UNC to Chicago Is set to drop March 8th 2022, through select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike. The price is rumored to be $160, but is subject to change. For more information on the latest Jordan news, and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
