The Nike Field General '82 was first released back in 1982, created specifically for American football quarterbacks. Nike has brought back this iconic silhouette earlier this year, with several new colorways arriving to the lineup. The latest collaboration we'll see with the Field General '82 will be with BLACK COMMEE des GARÇONS. Releasing exclusively via their Tokyo popup, this unique collaboration features classic CDG branding arriving in a Black/White color-scheme. Take a first look at the pair below.
The BLACK COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Field General 82 features a simple Black and White color palette. The upper arrives in a Black base layer, with "MARKET MARKET" branding in White displayed across the entirety of the shoe, including the midsole. The inner lining, laces, and Nike Swoosh also arrive in Black. Finishing off the look, we'll see a semi-translucent Gum rubber sole to add to the uniqueness of this design.
