BAPE is leaning into early-2000s nostalgia with the BAPE STA "Y2K Glow" pack, a three-colorway set built around the idea that transparency was one of Y2K fashion's defining material choices. The pack arrives in Blue, Green, and Red, and each pair shares the same glossy white patent leather upper as its foundation, with clear accents scattered across the design to tie the theme together without overloading the silhouette with extra graphics.
The translucent details land on the STA logo, Ape Head heel tab, tongue labels, lining, and outsole, directly referencing the neon plastics and see-through accessories that defined early-2000s streetwear. Silver lace dubraes and embossed BAPE branding on the midsole appear across all three pairs, keeping the construction consistent. Blue reads as the most wearable of the three, with cooler transparent hits that sit comfortably against the white patent base. Green pushes the contrast further, particularly across the side logo and heel tab, while Red brings the warmest option in the pack and delivers the sharpest contrast of the three, though it follows the same restrained layout as its counterparts.
The BAPE STA "Y2K Glow" Pack is set to release on June 13, 2026 via BAPE stores and BAPE.com for a retail price of $325 per pair. To stay informed on all things BAPE and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
