Georgetown University has been one of the longest-running Air Jordan-endorsed college programs in the brand's history. In fact, the old Nike store close to the campus had an exhibit of every Air Jordan Georgetown PE that was ever created; it was quite a sight. Being a Jordan Brand school certainly has its perks, and a non-stop flow of campus-colored releases is one of the biggest.
Leaks of an all-new Air Jordan 5 "Georgetown" recently surfaced, and it looks like the school is getting a new "Away" colorway. The shoe's upper is comprised of midnight-navy suede with a translucent cage. The midsole is primarily pale blue with a cement-speckled feature and icey undertones on the outsole. The topside is highlighted by a chrome-coated silver tongue with a midnight-navy Jumpman.
The Air Jordan 5 "Georgetown" is expected to release along with the rest of the Holiday '23 collection. The shoes will run for $210 and be released on the SNKRS App and other retailers nationwide. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram for all the latest news on sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles.
