The Air Jordan 5 Aqua takes inspiration from the Air Jordan 5 PE worn by Chris Paul when he was playing for the New Orleans Hornets, as well as the Air Jordan 8 Aqua that originally released in 1993.
The shoe features a black nubuck upper with aqua and yellow accents on various parts of the shoe, including the branding. Other notable details include 3M reflective silver tongues, black midsoles with yellow shark teeth, and blue-tinted translucent outsoles.
