Jordan Brand will be expanding the Air Jordan 1 Mid lineup this Summer 2024. Arriving as a kid exclusive, this “Michael Jordan’s Playground” colorway arrives just in time before the school year begins. This colorway pays homage to the iconic 1990 film, Playground, and will feature a colorful design with premium materials.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Michael Jordan’s Playground” features a Black leather base layer, with premium suede overlays in a vintage washed Red hue. The heel, collar, and Nike Swoosh arrives in a vintage washed Green suede, alongside Red accents on the insoles and Jumpman logo. A Green patch displaying "MICHAEL JORDAN'S PLAYGROUND" can be found on the heel to further denote the sneaker's connection to the movie. Finishing off the look, we'll see a White midsole sitting atop a Black rubber outsole.
