Jordan Brand is extending its Día de Muertos collection into 2026 with the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Somos Historias," a release that follows previous holiday tributes like the Air Jordan 4 "Somos Eternos" and continues the brand's tradition of honoring Mexican culture through limited, regionally significant footwear. Official imagery surfaced via SNKRS Mexico, where the shoes were photographed alongside a Xoloitzcuintli, the hairless Mexican dog breed long associated with Día de Muertos.

The upper arrives in a palette of Light Chocolate and Velvet Brown, mixing shaggy suede around the heel and eyestays with textured leather overlays across the toe and side panels. A woven Swoosh replaces the standard leather branding on the lateral and medial sides, with a secondary Swoosh sitting near the toe box. Debossed detailing runs along the side panels, while teal coloring from Fresh Water traces the trim and carries down through the midsole for a subtle contrast against the warm brown tones.

Each of the 5,036 pairs is individually numbered on a tag inside the tongue, and the packaging continues the limited-edition treatment with a weathered concrete-print box featuring Día de Muertos branding and a large Wings logo on the exterior.
