The adidas Climacool Futurecool "Off White" Releases September 2026

adidas is adding to its 3D-printed footwear lineup with the Climacool Futurecool, a ventilated silhouette that pushes the brand's experimental construction into more wearable territory. The model carries a futuristic look while reading closer to a conventional sneaker than some of adidas's earlier concept releases in the same space.

The Futurecool is built as a single printed structure with airflow integrated throughout the upper. Rubber panels wrap the lower portion for added protection, and the base flares outward to form a more recognizable sole profile. An asymmetrical tongue at the top of the shoe contributes to a fit that lands closer to a standard sneaker than a full concept design. The colorway pairs Off White with Core Black accents, keeping the palette clean against the textured printed structure. The shoe first surfaced in images from an overseas preview alongside a more extreme adidas experimental model featuring a sock-like inner layer and outer cage. The Futurecool is the more accessible of the two, even with its fully ventilated build.
