adidas is rounding out Anthony Edwards' signature line with the AE 3 Mule in a "Stone" colorway, a slip-on silhouette that pulls directly from the AE3's design vocabulary without simply being a cut-down version of the basketball shoe. The build leans casual, but adidas layers in enough signature cues to keep the Ant connection unmistakable.

The most recognizable carry-over from the AE3 is the molded side cutouts, which sit inside a structured frame that carries the same sharp, futuristic feel Edwards' line has built since its debut. A sectioned throat adds another basketball-inspired element to the upper, referencing the inner bootie construction found across adidas Hoops. Stone and Night Grey cover the bulk of the upper in a clean, tonal arrangement, while a small hit of Lucid Blue brings just enough contrast to break up the palette without overpowering it. Underfoot, a ridged outsole provides more grip than a standard slide, and the stacked profile gives the mule a polished, substantial stance that separates it from a basic recovery shoe.
