Founded in 1980, the company originally operated as a catalog-based retailer but has since transitioned to an e-commerce platform that serves customers worldwide. Eastbay offers a wide range of products, including running shoes, basketball shoes, soccer cleats, and more from top brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour. In addition to shoes, the company also sells clothing, including t-shirts, shorts, and jackets, as well as sports equipment and accessories.
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end as we are seeing Eastbay closing its doors by the end of this year. Similar to popular sneaker retailer, Footaction, which closed down shop last May.
